I got all i need

I went here to complain about the damaged rear wheel hub. The dealer assured me that everything would be repaired, or even that the entire rear wheel could be replaced. They promised me the repair time within 2 weeks. Instead, the repair took 4 weeks. When I went to pick up the bike, the salesman did not apologize for the delay, he even tried to carat me that I do not care about the bike and that it is dirty. (It was the winter months and the bike was wearing a film) To make matters worse, he tried to sell me "advisory" strings on this occasion. I add that my aluminum MTB cost 34,000 CZK at a discount, my strings are standard, like all other Treks they sell. After arriving at the house, I found out that the bike had been repaired carelessly and that the cartridge on the hub was still throwing from right to left. I also found that the strings were not asked at all and the front and rear wheels still showed small deflections. This means that they did not do a warranty inspection for me in those 4 weeks. They are not serious bike sellers, they are only interested in making as much money as possible for you. I don't understand how this store can have such good reviews. I do not recommend.
