We are bicycle touring Europe for three months. I stopped in to get some information regarding bicycling through the Sumava National forest. When I entered the store I nicely asked the gentleman if he speaks English. He very nastily responded, “Do you speak Czech?”. Is that how businesses in Czechia speak with their customers?!? His business would last 5 minutes in other countries with his nasty attitude. Hopefully no one will speak to him that way when he is looking for information. I would go elsewhere if I were looking to spend money in a bike shop. I can only imagine how he treats his paying customers. He could use some customer training or get a job in a factory where he doesn’t need to deal with customers.

Well, I stroked my cycling eye beautifully while looking at those cycling gems.
