I visited Cyklo Jiřička, where the lady who takes care of fitting explained to me what and how. 1. Anyone who has ever seen me walk or run knows that I have legs in X. So it started with special insoles for treadmills and from a visual point of view, but also my feeling there was a significant improvement in the pressure on my knees (I do not rub my knees on the frame: D ) 2. One of the reasons why women hate cycling and men don't talk about it much. Boles, respectively armor in the area of ​​the "underbelly". They measured the width of my sciatic bones, recommended a new saddle for me to sit on the saddle, not my nerves. I knew the difference right away. 3. Saddle position, tilt. The change is - I don't have to be so stretched out, the pressure on my knees should be released. 4. Setting the treadmill. During long riding, my toes tingle, it should be from the fact that the foot does not bleed so well - the lady set the shoes for about 20 minutes, so that the treads are exactly according to my tread (you can hardly do that at home: D) Result? I was right on my favorite route around Prachatice in the afternoon. Thanks to the insoles, the pressure on the knees was really released + the combination with the new saddle caused better performance. How did I know that? That on the same hill where I rode the last gear I had 2 more free gears ... Subjectively, it's a terribly big improvement, I'll see how it will go on the bike for 3+ hours ... an hour.

Total satisfaction and a great staff. Unfortunately, we were also at the competition that day (Cyklocentrum OC Vltavín) and "Where Bittner digs, it can't be compared ..." The bike was only from Cyklo Jiřička.
