Very bad experience with the approach of the operator. In the past, we bought a bike for our daughter and all the accessories. Two weeks ago I was for bike fenders. The salesman gave me one piece, saying that it looked like one fender. Since I am not an expert in bicycles and accessories, I immediately responded that I would like fenders for both wheels. That's why he gave me two pieces of products and I accidentally bought two sets of fenders. Only at home did I find out that there were two pieces of fenders in one set. So I went back to the store as soon as I could, but the salesman told me that he could not return my money. It was very annoying and I had to choose other goods. At my next pressure, he became nervous and kept saying that money could not be returned. Reportedly, if I bought the goods through the e-shop, I could return the goods. Of course I had receipts. Then he began to make excuses that he would have to pay for the goods from his own and simply could not return the money. I said I didn't like it and would like to talk to the store manager. He gave me a very reluctant number for him. Unfortunately, I was unable to contact him. I called min. 5 times in a row and no hint of callback. So I went back to the store and told the seller to try to contact the manager himself. He also failed. In the end, he returned my money very reluctantly. Very bad experience. I do not recommend buying here. It's a shame, because the equipment of the store is very good. It's probably just for enthusiasts who know exactly what they want and we sell what we can to others.

The staff were not very friendly or willing to explain anything, the only one they talked to was apparently familiar. But if the whole future catches the eye in the future, what can be done. Although I only have it for a month so far, I'm satisfied.

The seller gave me great advice on choosing the right bike, I was able to try the bike and ride it. The approach was professional without any pressure to choose.

Absolute horror. The gentleman we were talking to was not only reluctant himself, but he was also making a fool of us, and we wanted to buy a children's bike. He offered us some bazaars and when we wanted new ones, he said he had it in a box and it would be assembled in three days. No effort to sell or help. We couldn't even look at the bike (albeit disassembled). They didn't have any 16 "bikes to show at the store, and it's hard to buy a bike that's out of the box. We bought the bike in ten minutes at a competition in Litvínovice.

I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!! After the phone call, they assured me that I would get an adjusted bike. There were eights on both wheels and the derailleur was unadjusted.
