We bought a bike for a son. They recommended and advised when ordering. Everything was OK, we ordered the bike, saying it would be within a week. We called after 14 days and said it would be another week. After another week they asked what we ordered and only went to order. After a week the bike was picked up. After 4 weeks of waiting, we arrived for the bike, but it was different (cheaper option without disc brakes, etc.) said the salesman told us the phone code to order, but that if we want to order us, but we will wait again. Because of his son we took him because he was excited and waiting for him was really long. After two months we wanted to claim a complaint about the soul, the bike started to settle (about two days before it was empty). We were told that there is a microdeck, caused by a prick, such as a thorn. And so we can do it for ourselves and repair 60 CZK. In our view, it was rather a defect of the soul. However, we were assured that they had already seen a lot of this defect, and it was not a defect. After these experiences, we do NOT recommend the store.
