I bought a bike at the e-shop in May 2020, which I already thought I would never find (it was already discontinued and the bikes were nowhere due to the crown). I got the bike in this e-shop, still in my desired color and size (!), Mrs. Kubišová even checked my hand by phone to see if they really had the bike (they had the last 2 pieces in stock and the second one was sold out a few minutes after my order) ). The bike came beautifully packed and serves great. Thank you very much for getting a bike from you and for being so willing. :-)

I shopped in FlyStork through the e-shop and I can only recommend it. Great, professional approach, they helped me choose cross-country skis from a distance. I'll be happy to buy again.

From the e-shop, I ordered goods for Slovakia - a bike carrier and a bag. My mistake was that the goods were incompatible with each other. After a single e-mail to the e-shop, they directed me to a complaint and exchange of goods. They immediately sent me the right bag before they had delivered the goods that I wanted to return.
