At the beginning of this review, I would like to say that I am satisfied with the business as such. Wide range and good prices. Unfortunately, I am no longer so satisfied with the work of the service and the behavior of Mr. Bereckie in particular. I had my bicycles tangled in the Jablonec branch. After picking up, I found the wheels throwing both sideways and up and down. Disgusted, I go to Jablonec again on Saturday morning and force them to center while they wait. After a while, the rear wheel starts to squeak. I will bring them for a warranty inspection. After the next ride, the bike rumbles like an old ladder… I note that the bikes were not cheap. So I started looking for the cause. Unfortunately for Cycologists, I remeasured the wires with the Parktool strain gauge, which they also have. The values ​​were absolutely outside the value given as the maximum wire tension directly from the rim manufacturer (also marked directly on the rim). The measured values ​​were not even in the table of the strain gauge manufacturer (Parktool). Angry, I'm going to Jablonec again. The first serviceman was fine. Then he went for Mr. Berecke. He came as a world champion, did not introduce himself and began to act arrogantly. Unfortunately, I was able to defend the problem for him. The wires have been stretched so that the 3 pieces are already at the yield point, so they are already starting to lengthen and weaken and are just before breaking. The wires are weakened from 2mm to 1.8mm and I measured 1.64mm in the neck of the extended wire !! The gentleman tells me that he weaves his bike for more tension and that he has been working with bikes for 14 years, even arrogantly. Let it weave 200kg, for example, but they have to hand over a safe product to customers exactly according to the stated values ​​of the manufacturers. I forced him to knit the wheels again with new strings. When asked how I know he won't use the original wires I was answered - "you don't believe me"? Unfortunately not and I requested the drawn wires. When writing the complaint, he arrogantly told me that I should have said how many kg of string I want. ERROR!! This is not a badminton racket !! Given his experience, he claims, I would expect him to follow what is given to the manufacturer and not be embarrassed like that yet. Today I picked up my bikes, but I still took them to an unnamed shop so that my master could check them to be sure. This gentleman with wheels has been working for more than 25 years, and when I argued that I consulted with this gentleman, I was again arrogant that he is not known around the world as Mr. Bereckei and Cycology. In conclusion, I would like to say that he should realize that the product I received with stretched wires was life-threatening and the gentleman can be glad that nothing happened to me. Unfortunately, I'm afraid I'm not the only one who has had or has this problem and is sitting on a time bomb, and there are people who are not so good at it and let it be. Cycology, please follow the prescribed data of the manufacturers and not by doing it somehow, otherwise you are nice people. I would not have written this review, but Mr Berecki's actions forced me to do so. Peace !!
