I bought a Trek Dual Sport 4 bike here for 28,000, -, after two rides (asphalt bike path) abraded frame from the bowden cable, which touches the frame in place of the fork tube, and which slides on the frame, with any movement of the handlebars. (set this way from Kur Sport). Now, when complaining about a dull / abraded frame, the seller tells me that I should have put a sticker on the contact surface. It is interesting that the frame is damaged even from the velcro loops of the pocket under the frame. It is therefore clear that the varnish does not have a standard hardness. I don't know how the complaint will turn out, what I know for sure that I won't buy a screw here anymore ..

I already have the second round of Kursport and I am completely satisfied with both 😊. They have a super professional approach, they are always there to receive and can give great advice.
