Pleasant environment, friendly service and very professional.

At their Prostějov store, I had the pedals replaced and a standard bicycle service performed. Unfortunately, to my disappointment, I found out that the bike is in the same condition as when I put it there. Apart from changing the pedals, which is working for a few minutes on the bike did nothing. When I asked why, the master was uncomfortable with me and told me that if they did not explicitly want something, they would not do it. So I had to admit that I really didn't explicitly list what should be part of the service, and I wanted him to at least adjust my seat, which I explicitly wished when I put the bike in the service. Then I was told he didn't have time and that I should come another time. So the whole conclusion is that for 1800 CZK they changed my pedals and they were unpleasant for me. I'm not going to this store anymore.

Everyone knows the bicycle shop in the center of Prostějov, not only thanks to the charismatic owner Jindřich, who has already retired and is represented by his son Ondřej. In the shop you can get anything for a bike and also very high quality bikes. An integral part of the store is top service (Campagnolo !!!) and very helpful staff.

Good access to the customer

Unfortunately, we have the opposite experience, perhaps because the owner was not just in the store. The shop assistant was very uncomfortable and only one-wordly retired when issuing parcels from the parcel.
