Arrogant demeanor. No customer interest. A really special example of a business spirit. The Lord will keep you in the shop waiting for you and handles a private call perhaps 10 minutes without a word, apology, or any attempt to speed up the call ... That seems pretty rude to me. I just did not criticize, so during the first visit the bike repair was quite correct. However, some helpful behavior could not be said. Bike experts may find common ground and may be satisfied. Who, however, is not an expert on bicycles, or would not need any help with anything, I would recommend using another shop ... 1/5

Today I visited this shop for the first time for the purpose of buying small bike accessories. I didn't know the necessary parameters, so I took the bike with me. I have a few steps from the house. A moment after entering the shop, a man with a phone came to his ear and asked for a car to send a price offer of spare parts to the car and questioned everything. He did not say hello, nor did he suggest that he apologized for calling, let alone trying to shorten, interrupt, or even end the call. When he mentioned "the last question ..." I was hopeful. In vain. 10 minutes in a shop where I wasn't even worth a greeting ... I don't recommend.
