Pleasant staff, but unfortunately from personal experience some of the staff probably have no idea how the bike works. When I was at their service with the bike, I was told that they did not see any problem in the fact that the rear wheel hub rotates freely in both directions, which should not be done in any case, or I was told that the Enduro bike is not for jumping. ... As for the HEAD brand bikes sold ... Terrible processing. The bike didn't even see the thread glue even from a distance, so after a few rides I noticed a few missing or loose bolts. The pedals on the bike were tightened so much that it was not possible to loosen even with a wrench intended for mounting the pedals. The new carbon wheels with a green or yellow frame fade after a while and then look terrible. And as for prices, I'd rather not mention that. If they were at least half as good as other brands, I wouldn't say half a word, but this is horrible.
