Very helpful, professionally skilled seller. Pleasant performance and environment, a large range (a wide range) of bicycles and accessories. I visited the store in Kravaře four times to select a bike. I have always encountered a friendly attitude of the seller, who patiently and carefully explained the different differences of the viewed wheels and responded to my lay questions. I chose from four types (brands and sizes) of wheels, which Mr. Ševčk willingly prepared and allow a short test drive. For those interested, especially those who do not know the advice and can not decide, I highly recommend.

Unfortunately, I have very bad experience with this store - specifically with the store located in Kravaře. On May 15, 2018, I ordered a bike and I was told that it would arrive within 10 days and the store would contact me by phone so that I could come for the bike. Today is June 6, 2018 and I still don't have a bike and when I called there twice, I was not told any reason for such a big delay. The store didn't even try to ask the supplier why the bike still didn't come. So I went to the store and started to find out for myself why the bike is still not. Only then did the management of the store start to search a bit, but nevertheless did not find anything. No excuse, no bike anywhere, communication almost zero and I would say that if you do not buy a bike worth at least 15 thousand, then you are not a significant customer for such a business.

Pleasant shop, helpful staff even ten minutes before closing time, a huge amount of goods directly in stock.
