I do not recommend the store in Nový Jičín. When buying a new El. Mr. Seller was nice and helpful, but it is not possible to write about the warranty inspection. Mounting the fender on the bike is really a problem in this service, at least an hour of work and it is said to be more expensive than the fenders themselves. I brought the bike on Friday with the proviso that they are not able to carry out the assembly while I wait for me to arrive on Monday. So again on Monday I go 35 km to Cyklo art and unfortunately they didn't even touch the bike. Business nice but staff useless.

The store was very super one of the few in Nový Jičín, a great selection of bikes, perfect advice, and quality service! The selection of many brands that you will not find anywhere in the offer, and the service that the store provides is at the highest level, so people who do this job as a hobby have the best results, and quality is worth it!
