Although the bike accepted for repair, but remained unrepaired and no longer solved it with Mr. Hansel, I had to try it on the spot and therefore unnecessary investment. The next round by appointment on the phone did not want to be accepted for repair and he had no reason. I would not buy another round from him for these reasons, his approach changes according to mood and this should not happen.
