The Lord is a bit peculiar, but it does not matter at all, or at least not in our case. He is a very active and enthusiastic cyclist himself. We immediately devoted our attention to other customers. We wanted two rounds, one for me and one for a girlfriend. We picked the pieces directly from the store, willingly took them out in front of the shop and let us ride. Then we chose accessories (drink holder, lights, etc.), not pushing us into anything unnecessarily expensive, on the contrary, advising what to give and what is useless. The wheels fitted the next day with all the accessories and adjusted, the wheels were really ready to just go and go. Beautiful price (we chose from last year's models), perfect access, great service.

I have no experience with service, but buying accessories is always without problems. You will enjoy the possibility of payment by card. Work a little on that communication with the customer;)
