As someone has already written here, the gentleman is very arrogant, he cuts off everything when asked about the problem, he forced me to return the bike to the service as soon as possible in the morning, to tell me immediately that he will not do it in the near future. In short, if you want to buy a bike with the possibility of convenient service and you prefer a kind and fair deal, the road really does not lead here.
