GOOD DAY, I want to thank the owner, Mr. Carbola, for his exemplary, selfless help, willingness, approach, human, sensitive approach.23.12.2020 I found that I was interested in a wheelchair wheel. Internet found Carbol bike, so I call, picked up a tired but very helpful gentleman, and that he probably has something, but now he came home. helpful, helpful gentleman really called in the morning, we agreed on the product designation. Thank you very much, I'm going to the store to spare a store, I say. Mr. Carbol, you know what? I will bring you the soul. He pleasantly surprised and pleased me. So I received the first Christmas present this year, in the morning. belongs to his loved ones, does not hesitate and will help. I chose Carbol bike mainly from my own preference and also reviews on Google and Facebook. I ordered Carbol bike for a complete service (warranty inspection) of my new bike. It doesn't matter at all that the bike wasn't bought from them, they will still do service! Which is a huge plus for me compared to other service stores in the city. The owner personally took over the bike, looked at the condition of the bike and evaluated what would need to be done. You can see that he is a man in his place! He explained everything, stated the preliminary price, handed over the protocol and it was settled. I have to admit that Carbol bike is a very nice shop and service center, with nice facilities, parking for customers and an incredibly friendly and pro-customer approach. I don't do it often, but I recommend and give the full number.

Great, I highly recommend to everyone. Much better approach, choice than in all other local bike shops. The service is also great, the bike is pedaling like new. ❤️
