He has several Pells bikes at home purchased in partner stores in his place of residence. However, Pells significantly reduced its distribution network in the Czech Republic, so I bought my last Pells bike over the Internet. It was a fundamental mistake. Compared to the past, I lost the opportunity to take over the bike adjusted, the opportunity to view the piece and also a warranty inspection (additional adjustment) for free after capture. The price was the same as about a year ago through a local partner. However, I still counted on it somehow, or I naively believed Pells' marketing claim that the bike would come adjusted, all I had to do was put on the handlebars and the front wheel and go on a trip. It was already clear during the compilation that Pells did not only save on commissions on sales. The incomplete assembly instructions, the missing and mentioned assembly accessories and the method of packaging did not really please me. Especially when I had the opportunity to compare how the German company Canyon handles these things. The main problem, however, was that the wheel did not have a derailleur adjusted - the chain went behind a large pinion and did not go to the smallest - so on the first trip during one of the changes to the large pinion (or subsequent rescue of the chain) unfortunately damaged the rear wheel. . The subsequent gradual solution of this problem through Pells meant to take the bike to 2 service stations in the final and pay several hundred crowns for the repair. Pells eventually refused to pay this amount, as he came up with the hypothesis that the bike fell first, which caused all the other problems, including the malfunction of the derailleur. The point is that as a customer, when buying a bike over the Internet, you never have a chance to prove the condition of the bike, nor can you refute the seller's claim that you first damaged it yourself. As a shopper, you have to believe that the seller will be solid in case of a problem and will not look for ways to turn his back on you. Therefore, I do not recommend buying a bike from Pells to anyone, because Pells will not trust you and you will not have a chance to reasonably complain about the defect. Overall, it's just a risk of additional worries. And Pells can congratulate you - saving on partner commission, mounting accessories and string repair. At the same time, it has just lost a long-term customer. And it pays off!

I bought a Razzer Pro9 Lady bike from the 2020 model series from Pells. I have to confirm the excellent price-quality ratio on which the brand has been based for many years. I have an MTB as a supplement to the road and I consider the choice to buy it from Pells to be more than right. For the price at which the bike is sold, I got a light frame, an air fork, a dual transmission and reliable shifting. All this is underlined by the frame, which has a really successful and pleasing combination of colors, in addition, the cables and bowden cables are guided by the frame, which is not standard for bicycles in this price category. Thank you to the staff for their taste, from the storekeeper Mirek, through the boys at the store and the manager Vašek. At Pells, everyone knows what they're doing and they're doing it right.

For the weekend event with a trip to Praděd, I got the opportunity to rent a Pells bike. My rented bike was specifically a Razzer Race 9NX. Since I have been following Pells bikes for some time, I had relatively high expectations for the quality of the bike, but this was clearly exceeded. The bike pedaled like clockwork, for a full day trip from Vrbno pod Pradědem through Červenohorské sedlo to the top of Praděd, I did not have the slightest technical problem. Simple operation has always been just right at hand. The bike held me reliably from all the descents and allowed me to get to the top of the highest Moravian mountain. Since I was not the only one who had a Pells bike at this event, I can confirm that the others were also extremely satisfied. Somehow I wondered if I would last my 26 years, but looking at Thor from Pells, I didn't put off my decision to buy something else. Simply put, "I came and went on it without hesitation." The bike was great, the staff of the sample shop was perfect, the warehouseman delivered the bike promptly for a test drive ... only superlatives and greetings to the boys from the store once again. Only Pells bikes is the best choice. :-)
