I had Mr. Fojtík repair my 3-year-old bike. There was a misunderstanding during the work (I was provided with a service that I did not order), however, Mr. Fojtík acknowledged that the error was on their part and we agreed on a compromise without any problems. The bike works very well and you know the job well done. I can only recommend this bike shop and I will definitely be back.
