We used the rental of scooters at the upper reservoir of Dlouhá stráně. As an experience, I definitely recommend, the ride is great, we drove in peace with stops for 1.5 hours and visited the surroundings. The organization of the rental is a bit of a mess, there is a huge interest in scooters. If they run out, they go for new ones right away, it takes about 45 minutes. Maybe it wouldn't hurt the organization a bit, we had to ask where, how, etc. Scooters are rented. Fortunately, the gentleman was fine, wrote a loan paper, turned for new scooters and we could go.

False advertising for the longest 17km downhill on a scooter, which is actually only 15km and of that about a kilometer uphill.

Scooters can be rented at the upper station of the pumped-storage power plant. On the kiosk there is a small inscription that scooters are borrowed in the lower left corner of the white van and if it is not there, it went down for scooters and in a few minutes it will return (about an hour). Absence of any organization (just get out of the car and say, now we take out your helmets, everyone chooses the right size, then pays and paper runs for a scooter, or signs here pay, here you choose a helmet and then the scooter. did not say hello, opened the door of the van, and started to take out the sacks with the helmets. When asked how it works, where it pays etc he just replied: "it works so you pay it, that's funny what?") , ride 17km.

Total reluctance, unprofessionalism and arrogance !!! I was looking for a tire for the bike, in the evening (after closing time) they told me that it was not a problem. In the morning I go there for an opening and suddenly they don't have a coat. As? I'm asking. Supposedly "we did not understand" I asked about the coat, I still show my bad and the seller thought I wanted a soul - UNPROFESSIONALITY. They only had them on the bazaar rounds (and very well worn, but I really needed it and quickly) so I offer them to pay (+ nozzle) a new one, which they will then put on the bazaar round and I'll leave on the same one. It is said that it is not possible - DISCHARGE. When I ask why, a very ARROWANT leader answers "that they just won't do it and if I'm going there all day?". My last question was whether they don't have tires at all in the shop at the bike park (except for one size), or it's just an exception I learned "that they don't have everything in any shop" - again NEPROFESSIONALITY. Terror, misery, close, cancel. Dot.

I will only rate the rental company because I used it. Super service, very nice and obliging. Nobody pulls anyone on the cash register. - they do not push poles, googles or whatever else. We got what was needed for the first lesson as needed for pennies
