I chose a bike for my daughter in their e-shop and needed to choose various accessories for it (stand, fenders, bottle holder). I only have experience with talking on the phone, I called on weekdays just before closing time. The gentleman was very helpful and advised well - he clearly understands the assortment sold. The next morning he sent the bike to the Litomyšl headquarters for an expedition, which promised to complete it with accessories the same day and send it by courier the next day. I can only recommend.
