Les grottes du Roc de Cazelle

Brilliant day out. Inexpensive entry fee and very well maintained. We visited in low season after summer so it was very quiet, which was nice. There was loads to see and the descriptions were informative and interesting. Some uneven ground so would be a struggle for those with reduced mobility. Great facilities (always nice when you find clean loos on site!) and cafe which wasn't open when we visited but had a large covered seating area. A good 4hrs to see everything and take in the scenery. 10/10 would recommend.

Nice experience. The kids loved it, the staff was friendly. There is a picknick area after the entrance. Not ok for wheelchairs or strollers.

Outdated dolls but not harmfull for the experience. Great great.

Really enjoyed this visit. The kids absolutely loved it. Great value and a lot of effort put into the displays. Open quite late during the summer so no need to rush around. They only have the demonstrations on at certain times though so you need to time it right if you want to be involved in any of these. You can take your own picnic or get a bite to eat at the café. Great trip.

Excellent place to visit for the whole family. Wonderful to see the troglodyte caves. There are also prehistoric demonstrations (in french) with hunting with the launch and arrowed spears, how to break flint and cutting and shaping flint for tools, how to do cave painting and how to make fire. Nice boutique too.
