Amazing service from Shaz my salesman and Matthew one of the managers. They did everything they could to find me a nice car with the payments that I could afford. I looked at the car on the Sunday and picked it up the following Saturday. No problems at all, the finance was sorted out within days. They made you feel at ease without the pushy tactics that other dealerships use. So happy with my new car. I would definitely recommend this dealership especially Hartwell Watford. :)

I went to the dealership on Saturday 19/09/2020. I entered and waited at the door, there was no one to receive me. No sales person bothered making an eye contact. It was very uncomfortable just to be standing by the door and being ignored. Eventually a chap asked can I help you. I asked for a specific sales person that I was referred to and was asked to wait.... the sales person was with another customer. I waited.. he went past me at least 3 time not even an acknowledgement.. after about 20 minutes I walked out and went to Toyota across the other side and within 2 hours bought a car and paid the deposit. Pathetic service FORD. The Manager also walked past me not even a greeting or acknowledgement, so I see where sales reps get their training from. Well Done Mr Manager doing a great Job!.. I had my girlfriend and 11 month baby waiting in the car for almost an hour in the heat for NOTHING!! Thank you TOYOTA for your Great service...

Like to share my experience of dealing with Clint Louis at Hartwell Ford. Very nice guy explained all details taking his time and avoiding the hard sell. Organised a test drive which went very smoothly. Decided to hold off on a decision for time being. Clint obviously tried to make a sale but made sure we walked away on good terms. We received exceptional customer service at the Watford Ford branch thanks to Shahzad Ahmad. The whole process from start to finish was handled very professionally and was a stress free experience for us. He took care of everything from sale, to maintenance, to setting everything up in the car and taking care of all the paper work, whilst explaining everything to us thoroughly before we signed anything. He listened to our requirements and worked with us to make sure that we got the best deal and at the budget that we were after. We walked out of the showroom with a shiny upgraded car, a big smile on our face and a complimentary box of chocolates. This experience would not have been the same if it wasn’t for the great service we received from Shahzad, who went above and beyond to make sure we were satisfied with our purchase.
