Had an excellent experience with Andrew Smith the salesman. Very knowledgeable and not pushy on anything. Didn't try to upsell anything we didn't need. He really catered to exactly what we needed. Very personable and a top salesman!! We'll be going directly to him if we want another Renault.
Renault need to do all they can hold on to salespeople like this. He is good for the business reputation based on some of the reviews I have seen posted about Renault Watford.
