Very disappointed in this dealership, I purchased a c4 cactus about 3 years ago from this dealership on a PCP plan, so when it came to being 3years I was interested in upgrading to a SUV style car, so I decided to possibly stick with Citroën and showed a interest in a c5 Aircross, and one particular salesman was really keen on this happening, so when it came it coming into the dealership I thought I may been looked after in terms of being offered a reasonable deal, but I was wrong. I found them to be way overpriced and the salesman was very inexperienced. I did not get shown inside any of the cars, and also there was no compromising to my needs. We could not come to a reasonable deal, even though, my C4 cactus was in pristine condition. Very unhelpful, therefore I chose Renault and this dealership lost out on a deal.

Spent £150 to have a Citroen Grand Picasso inspected by a mechanic, told the garage when the mechanic would be in, the mechanic turned up and the car had 2 flat tyres and took 20 mins to start as the battery was dead. The mechanic was told he couldn't test drive the car because they would have to move to many other cars to get it out on the road! And that's only the start, the air con vent on the passengers side had been removed with what looked like a chisel with the amount of rough edges left where the vent used to be. Of course there were no pictures of this on the advertisement - conveniently enough. Other internal panels were also missing and the car had 15K miles on 67 plate Honestly I buy cars a lot and you wouldn't come across this type of rough specimen at kerbside motors Shocking and unprofessional and a Citroen main dealer, a credit to the brand.
