Excellent customer service all round. My wife and I were fortunate to be attended to by an exceptional sales person, Lee Perkins. Lee was very polite and knows his stuff, he displayed that when taking us round to see different Peugeot 3008’s demonstrating outstanding knowledge of all the vehicles he showed us. He patiently took us through all the various products/ add-ons offered by Palmers but was never pushy and gave us plenty of time and room to make our decision. In the end we were able to get what we wanted. The after sale service has been great too with the follow up communications ensuring that we are enjoying and getting the most out of your newly purchased car and at the same time checking to see if we have experienced any issues. In the end I would say excellent service and all the cars on display appeared to be well looked. I would definitely recommend Palmers to anyone thinking about buying a car, especially first time buyers.

Well managed government distancing measures in place. Friendly staff with a good attention to customer service. Work timely carried out with a phone call to advise the work is done and your car is ready to be collected, info given over the phone of the process to follow on your return to collect your car and pay you invoice.

Lovely salesman called Lee Perkins helped me out finding the right car for me and my job. Never once tried to sell me anything out of my price range. Made the whole experience quick and stress free. Replaced the window screen for me with no hassle when I found a chip on it and also sorted all the tracking and wheel alinement out for me as he wasn’t happy with it. I didn’t even notice it on my test drive. Good deal on my part exchange Peugeot and well happy with my new 2008. Will definitely return when I need another car. Thanks once again. Finally a car dealership that you can trust. I have just purchased a second hand car from Palmers and I have to say the service was far beyond my expectations. I'm used to the usually 'dodgy' car salesman, just saying what I want to hear and attempting to cover up any issues with the car. This garage is above board, well trained staff, everything explained, nothing rushed. I left feeling very confident about my purchase, especially since it has 12 months warranty and first mot warranty. Would recommend to everyone. I was served by Lee. Thank you Palmers.
