Had recently done a routine service and MOT at Advance Vauxhall Watford.
Staff was very friendly and helpful. I was booked in quickly and the person managed to find the time that was convenient for me. Costs are reasonable
Took my car here for a service, great customer care from Nadene throughout including keeping me informed when ready and advising on parts which will need changing, the pricing was fair and car was spotless inside and out on collection.
Booked car in for Mot and service on line for 7th September. When I turned up I was told it was booked in for the 9th despite them sending me an email reminder confirming it was booked in for 7th. They refused to fit the car in that day and offered no apology. Recommend that people use local garages than this lot.

I would like say how excellent our service and customer care was and how professional our salesman was, when we bought our new car today. His name was "Conrad"and he was brilliant in everything. He Sorted out all the arrangements and made our experience all the more special.
We can't praise him enough and we recommend if your interested in buying a new car to ask for him at this Vauxhall branch in Watford.
