Brought a renault megane, Some time ago traded in a mercedes when times got tough, drove the car home by the time i got there the passenger door stopped opening, petrol guage never worked, roof broke seat broke so much more, ended up being a death trap car and he knew i was a single parent on bad times, i tried to take to court but didnt have the funds or experience to fight him avoid at all costs.
Couldn't be more helpful, had problems with other dealers not advising that the car had been sold before we got there, but Mike called me as soon as I made an inquiry and remembered who I was when I had called previously. More than happy to assist with any DVLA papework. Very easy purchase and genuine person, would definitely recommend!
