I had an issue with a new car I had purchased elsewhere. I dropped it to Hyundai and the issue was managed by Mark Fisher who did a great job in explaining the situation and giving us useful advice. Thanks again
Absolutely amazing service from Mike and Tony at Hyundai. They made the whole process of buying by car as seamless as possible and especially during these Covid times could not have done more for me and my family. Only problem is customer parking. They need to have less stock at this particular venue. Other than that, it's easy to get to, staff were helpful, polite, presentable. Motability is available here, as that is where I got my car from. No issues to report as of yet.
Overpriced. Please do not service or MOT your vehicle with them. Go to a trusted mechanic who will not rip you off and cause further damage to your car. Customer service is shocking and the repairs team tell lies. They do not replace parts with Hyundai parts.
