I would NOT recommend buying a vehicle from Watford car sales. When checking the paperwork before buying the vehicle I noticed that it had not been serviced for nearly 2 years. We agreed if a sevice was done on the vehicle I would buy it. They only changed a few plugs and filters and I was told everything else was fine. A couple months after purchasing the car a loud sound was coming from under the car. The brake pads and disks were completely worn on front and down to metal on the back costing me £500. I also had to call several times and wait 8months to receive my v5c log book. They are happy to sell you a unserviced and unsafe car just to make more profit on the sale and will not even bother registering you as the owner of the vehicle.

Best Avoided. Bought Saab at a distance during lockdown and was reassured as dealer is signatory to the AA Dealer Promise. The advert stated that the car had been "Exceptionally well maintained both aesthetically and mechanically. Drives superbly and everything on the vehicle working as it should". On delivery, Main Beams would not lock on (should have failed new MOT supplied with the car), engine not reaching running temperature, electric door mirror faulty, windscreen washer nozzle barely working and car leaking (convertible roof). Required new headlamp column switch, thermostat and sensor, mirror motor and washer parts. £150 pounds worth of parts not counting my time to do the work. Tracking way out (tyres v worn inside edge) but track rods so rusty garage fitting new tyres would not attempt to adjust (exceptionally well maintained?). Using towels to soak up the worst of the rain entering the cabin (and boot) until I can get someone to sort. I was given a 3 month warranty which states it is for cars having done less than 100000 miles - this one has done 127000 so not even valid! Salesman not interested in helping - does not see any of this as a problem. Can't be bothered to pursue - best advice is to avoid!

Over and above service from a great salesman. I turned up to see a car upon arranging an appointment. Car was ready and waiting. All details fully listed and accurate. I was even collected from the station when picking up the car. Would highly recommend.
