A knowledgeable and honest car dealer. Basically I bought the car in my head after I finished talking to Paul on the phone. The car was exactly how he described it and I purchased without feeling pressured. I'd recommend that some car sales persons in the South West go a ask these guys for a flash-course in customer service. My opinions, based on personal experience: *You're dealing with a family business that respects itself. *Really nice cars in stock, if a smidge over the market average price wise. *Flexible enough when negotiating the asking price though. *6 months warranty offered on the purchase, plus they accept you taking the car to a garage of choice if you're not from around there. Not the main dealers, obviously. *Part exchange done fairly and without fuss. *Helpful and confidence inspiring. Conclusion: Over time I bought cars from various dealers in Devon& Cornwall and was rarely impressed. Some of them are only after your money and don't care about you after signing on the dotted line. I'm pleased to report that doing business with Paul was a breath of fresh air. So far I'm happy with the service from Auto Scuderia, but will post updates should anything change.

From the beginning a very unfriendly and dismissive salesman when asking even the most basic questions about a vehicle for sale. No offer of test drive or much else. Felt like he wasn't in the least bit interested in making a sale. Don't waste your time and go elsewhere.

I enquired at this Auto Scuderia dealer based in Duckmoor Road, Bristol, whether they can carry out a diagnostic scan on my 2012 VW Tiguan as I had 5 error lights come up on my dashboard. They replied that they can do the scan for me but unable to do it during that specific week. I then had the scan done through a private person instead and it was determined that the fault for the error codes was the left rear ABS speed sensor. I then made an appointment booking at Auto Scuderia based in Duckmoor road, Bristol, on 29/06/2020 to replace the faulty wheel sensor and to reset the fault codes. I was informed later that afternoon that my car was ready for collection. Upon collection I was informed that it was the left rear speed sensor and that they replaced but could not reset the fault codes as they do not have the proper equipment to do so and I was given a contact number for a person that could reset the fault codes. I was unable to get an appointment with this person. Two days later I was contacted that the Mechanic had found my wheel lock key in the workshop and that I need to collect it - forgot to replace it. I decided to take my car to Heritage of Bristol (VW Dealer) on 02/07/2020 so these faults can be seen to and to code my new battery. I was immediately informed by the Heritage Technician that he cannot reset my fault codes as the part fitted by Auto Scuderia was the incorrect part as the part codes did not match. Volkswagen fitted the correct part and reset the fault codes at a further cost of £74.74. On this same day, 02/07/2020 I went back to Auto Scuderia to inform them regarding this faulty/incorrect part they had fitted. I also gave Scuderia the part back that they had fitted to my car together with the details of the part number that VW had fitted. I was leaving on 04/07/2020 to go on holiday with my caravan. I was then informed by the Foreman/Owner that Scuderia will request a refund for a faulty part and could also claim back the labour charges from the "parts supplier". I was then told to come back the following week so that this issue could be resolved. I have gone back for my reclaim on three occasions and have phoned on three occasions and being told that they are still waiting for feedback from the parts supplier and will get back to me???? Surely this is an issue between Auto Scuderia and the "parts supplier"???? I'm still waiting for a response to date, 29/07/2020. Just poor customer service. I will not be using this facility again.
