Bought a car last month from the team at Aintree Garages, excellent service from the sales team and excellent after sales service had small issues with the suspension setup. The team didn't hesitate to book the car in and get it sorted. Work done to an excellent standard and more than happy with the car.
I bought a car a few months ago from Carl, he was great from start to finish. The car I bought had a slight issue about a month later and they got me booked back in straight away and even loaned me a courtesy car. Thanks to Barry and Mark for lending me the car!
Bought my new car from aintree garages today amazing staff very helpful would recommend to any one who wants to buy a new car amazing
Took my car to Aintree Garages a few days ago to have the steering rack replaced. When I collected my car on the day it shorty after driving a few 100m a fault light appeared showing a fault with the steering and I also noticed the steering was on an angle when I drove the car straight ahead.
Went back for them to put it right only to be told it needed the steering tracking done. As this was obviously directly caused by the work they'd carried out I told them I wanted my car sorting as I need it and have no Mot. Mark the owner was less than sympathetic and tried to make out he told me this on the phone prior. This was completely untrue and his attitude was to refute any responsibility.
I'm left now facing more cost to get my car repaired properly after paying £823 to Aintree Garages.
I am left with no other recourse but to take the matter to court. But leaving this review and more to warn other people about the service I didn't receive and the attitude of the owner.
Well i rang up aintree garages yesturday and this morning i went a chose my new car bmw 116d fantastic moter and all i can say is an absolute flawless bussiness these guys are running really can not fault them in anyway shape or form a truely fantastic service from start to finish! I delt with carl aka (hotpants) and he went above and beyond to make sure i drove away today in a new car the finance service behind them is good aswell very cheap rates fantastic cars i highly highly recommend this company if you are on the look out for a top notch moter and bargin prices!
