Had a little trouble with squeaking breaks ( i had purchased car soon after it had came in!). John had kindly given a 3 month warranty; so upon calling up about brakes, he was very efficient to get the problem sorted with his local garage! No trouble whatsoever, i took car to garage and it was sorted swiftly! Thank you!! 👌

Bought a Hyundai i40 estate from john in October 2018. Great service no pressure and test drive as many as you want without issue. Easy process and kept informed throughout the stages of sale. Minor jobs needed prior to pick up all done without issue. 12000 miles since purchase now November 2019 no issues and what a dream to drive. Decent straight honest lads to deal with.
I purchased my new car from Formby Car Centre via part ex last month and couldn’t of been happier with the service received from Jon from start to finish. I was offered a fair price on the part ex, all of the cars were well kept and extremely presentable and the show room itself was modern and clean. Whilst viewing the car the full service history was on hand for inspection and all questions answered. Good honest people who are a pleasure to deal with. Thanks a lot.
Had a good deal on a 2nd hand Mazda 6, then almost a year after buying it I had to contact them to ask them to log the service that they had carried out on the car before I bought it, with Mazda so that it would show up in the official Mazda Service History. I wasn't very hopeful that they would be very interested in doing anything on a car that they had sold a whole year ago, but they were great and got it done for me in just a couple of days, even ringing me to let me know that it was done. I would highly recommend them.
