From beginning to end a very pleasurable experience. Jonathan Clapham is fantastic. Nothing is too much trouble and he absolutely takes pride in this work. Everything was well Communicated and any issues were promptly resolved. This is exactly how a main dealer should be. This is why I will always be buying a Lexus as the customer service is superior. I love my Rx450h it’s fantastic and meets more than my expectations. I’ve owned lots of cars and brands which had lots of reliability issues especially the German ones and from now I’ll be sticking to this one as it’s bullet proof and the cars are stunning. Even got a call the following day from Jonathan seeing how my journey home was and if I had any issues. Wow I mean that’s a real amazing service. Thanks and keep up the good work. All the best.

From the moment they answered the phone, the team at Lexus Liverpool where far and away the most superior sales service I’ve come across! We visited a few dealerships on the one day and Richard stood head and shoulders above all of the other sales people we encountered, he was knowledgeable, honest, understanding and most of all approachable and helpful. The sales service and handover was so elegantly managed I can’t wait to buy my next car from them too!!!
