Great service, heder was fantastic to deal with. He looked after me well.
I visited this dealership on 3 occasions, 1st time I was directed around the car park then straight back out as there were no spaces. 2nd time I had to reverse back around the one way system as again there were no places to park again. 3rd Visit I managed to park in the Lexus Car park next door and walked in to have a look at the cars. A member of staff was helpful, but the whole time i was speaking to the member of staff, the manager was standing at his office door staring at us. Even while I was looking at a car in the showroom he literally never took his eyes off us, made the visit rather awkward. Other than that the showroom is clean and presentable.
Took car in for a a recall, fair play I got a courtesy car.
When I went to pick my car up I was told it had been given a once over, and gave me a list of mot failures and advisories , 1400 pounds worth or repairs required.
Took my car to a local trusted mot station and it passed 1st time. Absolute con artists , disgusting behaviour.
How quick and easy it was from start to finish Elliot was brilliant kept me informed every step of the way cannot fault anything.
Great service from all staff, showroom well organised for everyone's protection. Lots of lovely cars to view at reasonable prices.
