Traveled a long way to buy what was (I was assured) a mint car, had to stop on my way home as all 4 tyres were mismatched, 2 were illegal, and one of the wheels was so loose that the mechanic looking at it said he was amazed I hadn’t lost the wheel on the motorway. Odd for a car that ‘passed’ an MOT the day before. I was lied to about the car’s service history and while Gary made noises about rectifying the issues nothing ever actually came of it. Seedy place run by a seedy man. Avoid. P.S. Gary doesn’t tax his car.

I recently bought a car from this Garage. attending a car garage I was apprehensive due to a previous bad experience, however the staff were really helpful and attentive during the 2 visits I made and me feel at ease. Gary in particular kept me up to date during the process. Would highly recommend!

Just bought a car from long lane motors super little car had a few issues before I bought it but Gary was absolutely superb, put everything right and couldn't be happier with the service we received, from the first viewing to buying, even after the workshop lads have all be very professional and easy to deal with. Would fully recommend long lane motors if you on the look out for a used car..
