Pentre Motors

I was sold a faulty vehicle by this garage and they could not care less.Got a car from them in October 2019 since then I've had issues with a "steering assist malfunction check handbook" warning showing on the dash display, first occasion i took it to pentre motors with the issue was told they had no idea couldnt find an issue put some engine cleaner through the system, second time this happened contacted them explained this had re occurred again they could find nothing so did nothing, third time this happened the car broke down AA contacted battery replaced informed pentre motors this had happened and its re occurring surely they should be doing something about this as they had sold me the vehicle was told nothing could be done, fourth time this happened broke down again AA called got the car running to get me home due to it being Sunday, Monday morning contacted pentre motors got the car to them they had a look said it was the alternator needed replacing as a key worker they offered me a courtesy vehicle until repair was carried out once done was told I didnt have to pay labour price for works done only half of the part cost which is fair as the issue had been happening since purchase, again it has happened contacted pentre motors was told "leave it running for 15 minutes see if the power steering kicks in and bring it down we'll have a look at it next week maby" this to me is absolutely shocking and disgusting way to treat a customer especially when you are the ones who sold me a vehicle with fault car is now been diagnosed as steering assist module internal error a competent garage is now taking care of the issue costing me a further £800. I would highly recommend staying well away from this place all the bells and whistles for you until an issue is brought to their attention to which they don't want to know.

We went to see Grorgd about mobility cars as I have been awarded high level P.I.P and we left in ownership of a brand new Ecosport ST-Line. Just waiting on delivery day now..... EXCITING and George was amazingly helpful throughout the entire process
