I'd recommend reading the 1 star reviews and avoid this garage. If you do choose to buy a car from them, check, and check again that any work they promise has actually been completed. I dealt with Clive, and the owner, who promised to get work done on the car, and also provide a code for the stereo (battery had died) and "dig out l" the manuals etc. Friendly and really accommodating. Turns out they're stereotypical car salesmen. Later found out that the work hadn't been done and I've been chasing them for 2 months. I now need to drive back down there to sort this out, as they fob you off when you call. Ironically, yesterday my father in law found a Range Rover he was interested in, and sent the link to me. Spotted it was from there so he'll be looking elsewhere. Glad I could help at least 1 person avoid their bad service.

What can I say. We bought our car from here. I do not think we have ever experienced a more helpful and honest garage. No pretence, really helpful. We had some work done on the car at a later date and again we received a really good service. Fantastic communication and the price was very very reasonable. Thank you so much. Recently used RaceCourse Garage for a new company vehicle purchase. Thoroughly impressed with the professionalism shown by Richard and Clive. The vehicle was supplied with a service and new MOT. One advisory came up on the MOT (not a FAIL) but they replaced the parts anyway. Within a couple of weeks we had a minor issue with the front brakes. Called RaceCourse garage to report. They arranged a time to drop the vehicle in and they replaced the front discs and pads free of charge! Our whole experience with them was excellent and I shall certainly be using them again in the future. Thanks guys!

Just to advise you and let everyone know that your £200 deposit is NOT refundable so if you had to cancel a viewing or not to buy then you will lose it. I was told initially that its refundable. I haven't had the same experience at any other garages when viewing a car as they readily refunded it if you have a good reason and also its good customer relations. I also couldn't find this written on their web site under Refunds so please BEWARE.

WARNING!!! Don't ever use this car dealership. I wish I'd of read the reviews before trying to purchase a car from them. On the 17th aug I found a car I liked and gave them a bell. They quickly snapped my arm off for the £200 deposit. Told me the car would be ready to collect that mid week. No car! 3 weeks later, no car! For the past 3 weeks they have fobbed me off with excuse after excuse. Even tried to get me to arrange the finance payment before I'd seen the car. Today I gave up and asked for my deposit back. I'm waiting for my answer. I shall update this if I retrieve my £200 back or not. I shall be going to trading standards about this as it seems this garage get away with this often judging by the other poor reviews.
