Sam made buying a used ford fiesta easy and understandable. Countless emails from myself were all answered in detail and there was no rush whatsoever with the sell. The dealership itself was clean and tidy and Sam made everything ready for when we viewed the car.
Update:
One fault with the car which apparently wasnt known when the car was at the dealer for a few months. Currently in the process of it being fixed under the warranty i purchased. Shouldnt be doing this.
Dropped in on off -chance to ask about bad road noise on 2018 fiesta. Seemed like source was my Bridgestone Ecopia tyres but I was unsure. Tom the manager was brilliant. Came out and looked at car offered to test run it with me. After test run, agreed probably tyres were the cause but didn't pressure me into buying different ones just in case it didn't cure problem. Thank you so much for your help and being proactive.
