Took my car here for a service and mot, top quality work as you would expect from a main dealer, had a small crack in my inspection tray (as it doesn't seem to be the easiest thing to remove, due the way its been designed) and the technician who serviced my car repaired this and it looks good as new, thank you chepstow ford see you next service/mot!!
All staff are very professional and helpful and are always thorough and competent . All staff go that little bit further to give an excellent service. Customer care is first class. Definitely recommend .
Took car in for recall work, transpired it needed a lot of other work doing to it from a previous undisclosed accident (cat D). Tom was very helpful and considerate, cannot fault ford, first time using a main dealer.
