So disappointing. We have bought our last three cars from here and they have always been brilliant at mot and servicing our cars so we have a service plan with them. But I am disgusted on how we were treated today. The manager has poor communication and does not admit when he is wrong (which is such a shame as the lady in the service department is always so friendly and kind and communication is brilliant). I am so disappointed in the service and consequently the charges I have received today. I will be cancelling my service plan and will not return to Bristol street motor.

My son bought a truck here very pleased with it after a week it developed an unforeseen issue they recovered the truck back that day fully repaired it at no expense what more do I need to say first class service from a first class garage many thanks to all this is how it should be. We'll recommend..

Really enjoyed my time buying my new car. Harry was very easy to negotiate with and the whole thing went very smooth indeed. when I first looked at the car, a ford kuga, and test drove it, I was extremely happy and could not fault it. However, when the day arrived to pick up my car, the parcel shelf and spare wheel were both missing. I spoke to the parts manager Mr Joe Creed about this and he soon put me at my ease. He explained that the parcel shelf had been removed for valeting and a new spare wheel was on its way. This took a few days but Joe went above and beyond the call of duty to constantly keep me informed. This young man should be highly commemorated for doing such a great job. I have purchased my very first car in the UK during the lockdown without even seeing it and I am really happy with my decision and the Ford Focus, I have bought. I had been looking for a used car since August, and you can imagine the painful process of dealing with dodgy dealers, doing endless Google searches to find the perfect car which is practically impossible in terms of perfectness and price wise. After having terrible experiences with utterly upsetting dodgy sellers, I have convinced myself to pay more and to visit a Ford dealer where I come across Chris Arnold from Ford Stroud. Since the beginning of my buyer journey, I was looking for a trustworthy seller who has decent amount of business ethic, appetite for a deal, appreciate me a good customer and most importantly who is not a liar. Frankly, after the whole process, I can say that majority of used car industry disgusts me. Then, I had found a car online, was sold by Ford Stroud, Bristol Street motors, and I met with Chris and James. I welcome the opportunity to thank them. They have given me a great customer service, reduced the stress of buying a car during lockdown without even seeing and driving it. They have done their best and welcomed me well. I recommend Ford Stroud as a trustworthy and reliable Ford dealer.
