Superb service (no pun intended). After being screwed around by another dealer, a friend recommended Thompson First. It was worth the drive over to Stroud to use them. Good place for straight advice at competitive prices. First EV service and software update done with no fuss. They kept me informed all the way. Chilled, bottled water on a hot day was a nice bonus.

Had my MG ZS EV serviced for updates at Thompson First, The customer service was amazing and all the updates installed correctly and in good time, I will be bringing my car back to them in the future if any work needs doing.
