Recently bought a used car from Gravells, great service from the Gareth in sales going the extra mile to ensure I got the car before the impending fire break that was on the horizon!
I then had some trouble with the car misfiring so called them up to book it in as car was under warranty, car was booked in no fuss or quibbles about warranty and on the day I was told they’d noticed something else while looking the car over and would prefer to put that right now before it becomes a problem for me in the future! Again all under the warranty.
Could not be more happy with the whole team if I tried, asked if I’d like the car cleaning for free to which I replied no too, but looks like they even did that as well!!! Top marks from me, if you’re looking for a car new or used I’d highly recommend Gravells 10 out of 10 👍🏻

The service itself was excellent. When we booked in we were asked if we'd like to have the car cleaned and valeted. We said yes. When we collected the car it had not been done. I would have rated a 5 star for the service alone. It was slightly disappointing that the car had not been cleaned as was offered . Thank you
