I bought a used Van in January,having problems with the rear brakes the warranty did not cover the proplem ,Simon was very good and offered to pay half the costs .
So all in all great service and would recomend Simon Howard commercials.
I paid over odds for a van in good nick and they didnt put in enough petrol to reach the nearest petrol station.
The lady I spoke to really needs to work on her customer service skills. She's certainly not going to sell many vans with her patronising manner.
They were absolutely brilliant from start to finish. Andrew responded very quickly to my emails and was very helpful. We met with Paul twice, when we originally viewed the car and when we collected and he was very friendly and professional. The car was fantastic and I love driving it, and a great price. I would highly recommend everyone at S Howard commercials as they are all very professional and reliable. Thank you!
