Excellent service, I was so lucky to find Tracey and she proves to be communicative, honest, knowledgeable and friendly. I’ve bought a solid mini, great spec, great condition with low miles and service history. When I saw an ad for one of Tracey’s minis it all seemed too good to be true.. couldn’t have been more wrong, it was an absolutely beautiful car, well looked after (just like all the others) and what made it stand out from others was how Tracey made the experience feel personal and thoughtful. I would recommend MRS Mini to anyone but particularly to women who need some guidance on buying a used vehicle and don’t have much prior knowledge of cars!

Amazing service. Bought my mini 20 months ago and Tracy was brilliant. It was so nice not to be patronized by a male salesman. After sales help and advice has been second to none, even to the point of helping my daughter with advice on a mini foolishly bought elsewhere. Will definitely be back to Mrs Mini for my next one, as will my daughter.

I don't usually write reviews but had to for Mrs Mini. I bought a car from here last October and the service I received was great. Since then I have called and text Tracey with various car questions(some probably a bit silly as I don't know much about cars) and always had an immediate response, at all times of the day - something you wouldn't get from a standard car dealership I'm sure. For a female first time car buyer I can't tell you how helpful this has been. It's an aftercare service you would expect to pay for! I would highly recommend Mrs Mini and I won't be buying a car from anyone else in the future.
