I bought a pre loved aygo from this dealership today and Shahan Hussain made the whole experience a lot less scary. He was patient, helpful and obviously good at his job. I was not looking forward to buying a car on my own but he made it much less stressful than I thought it would be. Thank you Shahan.

Helpful and friendly service from the staff when looking for our new car. Our salesman was diligent in ensuring everything was clean and sanitised whilst maintaining a friendly service towards us as customers. Can't wait to pick the car up!

I was holding off on writing this review as I was hopeful this could be dealt with directly with this Toyota branch. Apparently not, and I’ve reached my wits end. I am posting this review on behalf of my fiancée, who has been a customer with this Toyota branch for the past few years. Everything started well. We got the car she wanted and was very happy with it. Our salesperson Kumanie was friendly and helpful, no complaints there. The first problem arose upon the first service of the car. My fiancée, let’s call her “Claire” for anonymity, visited this Bedford Toyota branch alone for her service. Kumanie, who had previously requested to be tagged in an Instagram post of the new car from Claire, now face-to-face admitted to looking through her Instagram profile. He then went on to make incredibly inappropriate comments about Claire’s swimwear photographs, giving her self image anxiety for months, and refusing to return to Toyota and face this salesperson again. This is made worse by the fact that I believe Kumanie is married with children, and Claire is ten years his junior. We tried to move on from this embarrassing and distressing situation and brush it under the carpet. Requesting that we no longer have to deal with this particular salesperson. However over the past year, the sales calls requesting for Claire to upgrade her car are getting exponentially more frequent. Each time we politely decline the offer to upgrade the car, and ask to not be called again, as Claire works nights and these calls often disturb sleep. The calls became more frequent so we emailed requesting that she be taken off their calling list. Two days later she received two sales calls from this branch in one day, we asked again, PLEASE take us off of your list. Two days later, today, we received another call from this branch. And this was the final straw in writing this review. I am honestly shocked that a company associated with Toyota can get away with being so unprofessional, predatory, desperate and inconsiderate towards the needs of customers. Aside from employing pigs, it seems the greedy sales team repeatedly refuse perfectly reasonable requests to remove people from calling lists for want of boosting their next pay checks. I could not recommend this Toyota branch any less, and will do my utmost to spread the message of their conduct.

I bought a used Toyota Auris Hybrid 2017 reg car for more than 13500 pounds from Bedford showroom and was clearly cheated in this business. Initially when I had a plan to buy a car I visited Steven eagle Northampton and made a deposit for a used auris which they showed me online. The car wasn’t available at that time, so I was told that they will call me as soon as the car arrives the shop. However, I had to wait few more days from the actual day of delivery which was promised . Each time when I called them they were telling me some weird reasons. Finally, the day arrived and the salesman took me to a local body shop to show the car and we found that one side of the entire car they repainted and two of the front brake pads changed including the tyres. And the total mileage of the car was under 17000. The sales man was arguing that no works happened on the car which he had to admit when we checked the documents. I had to step back from the deal as the whole process was very dubious and felt that they are hiding something knowingly to make the sale happen .so I said good bye to Northampton. After this experience I went to Toyota Bedford. It was Mr. Kemanie who was dealing with us. He is no longer working for the shop, may be he left the place as he is a genuine person. Kemanie initially showed me a hybrid auris which was available with them at that moment and also said he was showing me that car just to explain the car features. He said they have plenty of better cars with the features I was looking for on their ground near the showroom. I was desperate for a car as I sold my previous car expecting timely delivery of the car which I booked from Northampton. He was called inside by his Sales head Mr. Naze and had a secret conversation, when he came back said they have got no cars on the ground and I need to buy the car I had seen and by the time they realized that I am desperate for a car . I had plenty of choices to buy a car with very low mileage and comparatively for lesser price . But I had no time to walk around other shops and looking for many cars. At last I decided to buy the car .the specifications were single previous owner , 33000 miles , and price 14000 and 2017 reg. The sales manager was such a super rude personal who insulted me in front of my wife and friend when I attempted to negotiate with the price a little bit ,he was asking me to buy brand new if I want everything in perfect condition. I don’t think anybody can be careless when they decide to spend more than 13000 pounds on a used car. i got the car in a dirty condition as the car was on their ground for 6 months during the covid peak time. I was shocked when I received the service booklet and V5c document as it was showing that I am the 3 registered user of the car and service book was made for some other car. When I notified this to the sales manager Mr. NAZE made a new service booklet for my car in 2 mins with all back dated seals of all previous services happened , now I realized how quickly he can make a fake document for a car. I was extremely upset when I got to know that I was perfectly cheated in the sale and you never expect such a fraud work from a trusted dealer. I requested a call back from the sales manager to ask him why they lied to me about the number of owners as I have clarified all the featured many times before the sale. I basically trued them and didn’t check them like a local private garage dealer. I was helpless as I didn’t have any evidence about the specifications they told me, as it was all verbal direct conversations. The sale was such a fraud work and I would like to know why this sort of things happens in Steven eagle . Please consider a local garage when you try to buy a car next time. At least you will get a car with its actual market value. I chose Steven eagle thinking things that they will be transparent and trust worthy . I will never recommend Steven eagle again in my life again. Two similar incidents enough to make a mind about them.
