Purchase a car last year, within my 6 months warranty they gave me it developed a oil leak in the V, the guy I spoke with refused to let me speak with the original salesman and even tried to deny he worked there & said “well it’s a ten year old car, it’s gonna get problems!” unbelievable! professional at sale point but the most unprofessional and bad attitude when it came to a fixing a warranty issue that was in the contract we both signed. I could have taken it to court but being 250 miles away I had to put it down to being scammed & snubbed off by Pro’s. Avoid, unless you have the car checked for defects. The car was leaking during its six months of warranty, and after only ‘500’ miles of my use! don’t give a warranty if you’re not prepared to honour it !! Avoid these people like the other reviewer said...” Like the plague ! “

MOT done by this garage was marked as full pass, while I've discovered that a mechanical defect from the previous MOT marked as "repair as soon as possible" is still there and that there are cracks on both back tyres. A total disgrace! Avoid like the plague!

Recently purchased a C Class at Runnymede, could not say anything negative or wrong with the car I had purchased. I bought my car (BMW 335i e92) here, and I made it delivered in France because I am French. Very easy first contact with the seller, send documents, and photos without worries. Paid car, delivery within 24 hours outside my door! Only small problem, a mechanical problem on the car not indicated by the seller, but RunnyMede sent me money to compensate for the repairs here in France. Very good garage! I recommend.
