Absolutely exceptional service from this first class company. The car purchased is pristine, just as new despite being a fraction of the new cost price. The service from start to finish was impeccable. I bought the car based on the videos, photos and information sent to me by Twelve London Road (bought blind as they say) - delivered next day by covered trailer 4 hours away. I am absolutely delighted with my new car, and it really does feel and look like new. Thank you so much to all the team there, your service and car has blown me away.

I had my heart set on a lovely Mercedes Ml 350 which I was going to buy. I put a deposit down to secure the car. But then unfortunately my house did not sell from days away selling it. But I did not have no trouble in receiving my deposit back and Dave the sales team was very understanding in my situation. I was very upset to not getting my car but I would definitely recommend twelve London road to anyone. The cars are top of the range and 1st class customer service and not pushy one bit. I will buy a car in the near future from these guys as I viewed so my and this one was the one buy far. Sorry Dave and many thanks for being understanding Peter lawler

Your customer service leaves very little to be desired, your after care is non existent and blase attitude is unwarranted. The battery was as good as dead and this should have been replaced by you prior to my purchase, instead I organised for this to be done and you have since repaid me for this. Your suggestion to rectify the situation was to wait a further 2 days and drive back to you to replace after the weekend. I had also pointed out there is a scuff on the wheel which you suggested I caused as I drove away, once again I am arranging for this to be fixed at a minimal cost - you have refused to send a mobile unit to me and expect me to drive back to you to repair, irrespective of my time, for the sum total of £85. Really?? Buyer beware!!!

Absolutely brilliant service from the first call. Gordon wasn’t pushy at all everything was done at my own speed and great communication through our. I got the car without seeing it and will definitely be back

Great experience buying a car from “twelve London road”. Very easy to deal with, Gordon are salesman was very friendly, open and answered all are questions. There was no pressure no selling tactics. Other main dealers could learn from this. We were left alone with as much time as needed to look around the car, and also go for a test drive. I can not fault this garage at all, I give them 10/10 excellent service all round. Definitely recommend this dealership if you want to buy a car
