I was given a set price for a major service using their payment plan. Prior to my car going in a member of staff contacted me. It was good to have someone touch base with me about the up and coming service. It was a good price and I just wanted to confirm that this included parts and labour. The member of staff said yes. He didn't say there was going to be any additional cost when asking if I wanted air con and brake fluid. It was very misleading and I ended up paying out alot of money. However there is no issues with the car

This is the 2nd time I've visited Martin's Volkswagen. They have been extremely helpful. I feel they give a much more personable service in comparison to other VW dealers. Highly recommend.

I greatly appreciated the collect/deliver facility for a major service. Martins rang the previous day and were able to take my car earlier as they had a delivery in my area: was pleased to help. Usual thorough and professional servicing - sad the normal wash/clean was not available!

Car booked in efficiently. Handy reminder day before with service and payment options. Slightly pushy up selling for Cam belt, service plan and air con. Had a day to make my decisions. Email follow up and again after service. Courtesy car ready, as requested. Good the way social distancing was done across a table in doorway and keys/card sanitised. Service/MOT done within the day with video during to inform of progress was helpful and reassuring. Phone call to inform when ready and to do payment over the phone saved time and contact was good. Slightly disappointed it wasn't washed (i understand not vacuumed) but car washes are open and i did have to exit the site past a white car being washed! Overall, i was very happy with the service provided and will be back again next year. (please don't send me sales information in beween)
