Time wasters. Original quote was already way below market rate but was willing to go with it for a quick/hassle free sale. My original quote was 18% lower after I'd entered 'damage' (4 small scratches), these could easily have been considered normal W&T for a 10+ yo car, but I accepted the reduction with the promise of a quick/easy sale. When turning up, the WBAC employee didn't even bother looking at the tiny scratches but instead wanted a further 10% off based on a negligible mark on one wheel trim. Didn't take into account the very generous 18% already knocked off the already low price, the 12 months MOT or £20 of petrol in the car either. If you sell to them, you are guaranteed to be having your trousers pulled down. To say they'll give you the money quoted if your car is 'as described' is an outright lie.
In and out within 30 minutes and the money in my account in 15 minutes by paying for the additional service. Was paid close to the quoted price. Had some marked alloys and a scuff which bought the value down. This was expected. First time using this service and got me more then a part exchange value
Excellent experience today with Tony I believe. Fair valuation. Friendly and on time. Plenty of space in the car park. Family made to feel welcome. I can recommend WBAC Camberley.
We buy any car had my car on Sunday morning - it is now Thursday evening and no cash received by me. We buy any car promise payment within 4 working days- seems that should be after 4 working days. I am not happy and would not recommend.
